If they say they are a provider; have it in writing, if you cancel have that in writing too.
Horrible staff, spent over a grand on one tooth and they still want more money to fix that tooth.
Dr. Dowell is a first rate dentist! He has a passion for dentistry and is a dentist you can trust. I would highly recommend Dr. Dowell if you are looking for a dentist in Carrolton or Minerva. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make patients feel welcome.
Good dentist
Love the dentist and the staff. They are very friendly, very helpful, and will get you in quickly if you are having a problem. I have a fear of going to the dentist and I have felt comfortable enough to have several large fillings completed and a crown. Very good experience.
They are slower than Christmas
I have been to Dr Dowells practice at least 6 times. He has an impressive practice with friendly and knowledgable staff. I come in from out of state to visit inlaws and make a point of scheduling with his office. Primarily I have teeth cleaning done, but also had a old filling repaired. I would recommend Dr Dowell to anyone in the area, or who visits regularly.
