To SHORT wait times even though the waiting room is so comfortable even for children
We were sent an estimate of our copay for work done for about $150. We got a bill in the mail for over $900. Our child went in for one filling and they did about 4. This child has had bad experiences in the past at the dentist and now has one more- in the chair over an hour most of which appeared to be with mouth being held open by 2 women- neither of which was a dentist- one was an EFTA (some type of dental assistant that can do fillings apparently) which they didn't tell me what that was until much later. I had to look it up online myself. Fought with them for a year they finally agreed to drop off the unauthorized work after having to communicate through the collection agency since talking to them got me no where. Finally ended up borrowing the $600 to keep this from damaging my husband's credit (who wasn't even there).

I admit I go years in between seeing the dentist. I am typically uneasy going to any kind of medical office. I found Carrollton Family Dentist to be a warm yet professional environment which automatically helped me relax. The dentist was friendly and non-judgmental. Defiantly will be going back next time I have dental needs!
