This place was awful today. I waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Fries we're cold. Frosty was melted. They didn't give me chips for my taco salad. I paid for chili fries and I had to go in the store to retrieve them. There was 5 - 6 people already inside complaining about there orders and the service. All and all, VERY VERY POOR SERVICE AT WENDYS IN CARROLLTON
Food is good quality but order is not always correct. Staff seems to be nice and helpful. I often ask for no lettuce on my sandwiches and, lucky for me, I do not have an allergy to lettuce when the sandwiches are not made correctly.

Pathetic...waited in line almost 20 minutes....manager said they had call offs...well it's the holidays and was at lunch time....as a manager myself...you call in more help or other managers to fill the gap..not make excuses that we had call offs.
