I don't know what the other person was talking about, but the staff has been very friendly and helpful to me. The environment is very clean, they've got plenty of variety in movies, computers, books, and magazines. They also have many tables and seats for studying.
Terrible! Rude and not polite. Inconsiderent to me and others and certainly won't be visiting soon for the terrible service to me for no reason.
