Rules only apply to some. The campground is not how they advertise it to be. Only good view was in my rearview mirror as I pulled back out.
We first stayed there in our teardrop back in 2008 then were seasonal for 2009 in our larger travel travel trailer. People were great! They helped us after receiving an emergency call at mid-night in our TD and we were soon on our way to Atlanta. To sum it up our lives were disrupted with 2 moms passing away within 3 months of each other. More disruption because of two accidents from which my other half is still recuperating. We need to get back over there since she is better. Loved the campground, people and the small town nearby. Can't say enuff good!
My husband and I were stranded for a couple of days in Carrollton, and the owners of A-1 went out of their way to help us out. They stayed up late to check us in the first night and when our RV was in the shop, helped us set up our tent site! We would definitely go back again.
